Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend you may send a substitute. Cancellation must be notified in writing. Up to 20 days before the event you will receive a refund less 10% admin charge. After then you are liable for the full fee.

Indemnity

Everest Events Ltd reserve the right to change the content, timing, speakers or venue without notice. It may be cancelled due to acts of terrorism, war, extreme weather conditions, industrial action or acts of God or any event beyond their control. In this event we will endeavour to reschedule the event. However, Everest Events Ltd cannot be held responsible for any cost, damage or expenses incurred by the customer as a result of any postponement or cancellation. You are strongly advised to take out insurance to cover the cost of registration, travel and expenses. Documentation will be made available to delegates where it has been provided, it is not guaranteed in all cases.

Data Protection

The personal information shown and/or provided will be held on a database. It may be used to keep you up-to-date with events and industry developments. They may be made available to external companies for marketing purposes. If you do not wish your details to be used contact the Database Manager.

Everest Events Ltd are fully responsible for the transactions going through the website.
